Cheapest calcium a vitamin D supp

Ok im after the cheapest possible bulk amount of calium and vitamin d supplement i can find. preferably water soluble. Im going to get a 2 litre bucket of biocal but i know it isnt water soluble. I just like the water ones becuz i know there going to get it. Reason for me wanting this is the lack of sunlight my birds are getting.
I also have a eggbound red painted at present and am thinking maybe its becuz lack of vitamin d. Ive used cod liver oil to good effect in the past but its a pain especially when im working late im not there to take it out before it goes rancid.
I have shell grits a crushed eggshell a whole cuttlefish a charcoal available all the time but it doesnt seem to make a difference. The times ive used the water soluble blue stuff...(lol sorry i forgot who makes it) i never ever had a issue with any of my hens. But i only had it in small bottles and its expensive.
Thanks everyone and interested to hear what you are all using. Becuz i especially need it for this years gouldian pairings as iom concerned for lack of sun in the breeder boxes also. Problem is my house is surrounded biy large banksia and gum trees.
