Cockatiel laying again

Hi all checked on my baby tiel today and it appears the mum is laying again thee baby is about 2.5 weeks old is this a problem

Thats a bit soon , Id keep an on the bub to be sure the parents haven't abandoned it ...

They seem to be feeding it stil I'm hoping it's just because she is anyoung bird what would I need if i was to take the bub and try and raise it

heat , formula , spoon , scales , thermometer thats the basics .
If its still being fed then leave it but be prepared.
