to Vetafarm for answering my emails quickly and promising to send me 2 new syringes upon receipt of the 2 I have that dont seem to work very well .
No dramas about waiting till after they check them just a straight swap over ....very happy with that service .

Yes Vetafarm provides a great service. Lucky for me they are located about 2 streets around the corner from home. I have known Dr Tony G, prefers Tony, for a number of years. He used to consult/check my Ecky's at short notice, when/if I had problems. I highly recommend Vetafarms Paradise Pellets especially for Eckys. Note: Officially he can not provide a on site vet clinic, something about animals and food processing regulations.
