How do people serve up the the Birds R Us complete soft food?

Ive added it to sprouted seed and boiled eggs.

I add it to sprouted grain (Fider's method). I'm still not convinced it's a waste of money but it's noo too expensive but I'm too lazy and small scale to do an experiment to prove it one way or the other!
