Going purely on the two methods of sexing put forward here I think I would agree, two hens.

I have no idea with the sexing of these birds, when I got them they showed me the difference in the head sizes, one has a bigger head (wider) the other one a more stream lined head.

They call to each other one more cleaner than the other, sleep in the same night nest and follow each other around in the aviary, gerearly how a pair would act.
Would 2 hens be so close like this? Perhaps I will get another pair and see what happens.

Did a bit or research on my Diamonds behaviour, looks like I do have a pair, the head sizes are different (fit the male / female mould) show all the behaviour of a bonded pair by sleeping in a roosting nest together, feeding together, constantly calling out to each other, different tones in their call.
Perhaps they are an expectation to this sexing method. Time will only tell, when they breed (fingers crossed) we will know for sure.
Will keep you updated on my progress.

Well as Spanna says "he" looks like a youngun, maybe he is still colouring up into full male plumage?

He is definitely coming out of a moult, and colouring up now, will take a picture of him when fully coloured up.
