I was reading on a website that the only diference between white front cocks and hens, is the size and color or the blue band on the head. Is this true?

other ways to tell are, beak color, the yellow on the belly is different. that's just a couple of of ways.

Ah ok, is the yellow on the white front cocks as dramatic as the normals?

I've found that the yellow on the belly is an accurate indicator when sexing the birds.
the males yellow has (for me) always been brighter

All of the above especialy the belly colouring , what head colour r your possible hens might be able to swap you a cock for 1 of your hens . Scott.

Don't forget that if all else fails - cocks sing and even if you can't hear it they assume a very stiff upright posture with their heads down.

You are 100 percent correct in that asumption , you might be able to get a cock or 2 from the Q.F.S sale in jan at bris. cheers Scott
