Joness Birds has been advertising hens on petlink as recently as today. He did have pairs (or a pair at least) advertised perhaps three weeks ago. Also believe that there were more than a couple at the Ballarat bird sale - Keven S may have some contacts on that front

Don't even joke about bringing birds from New Zealand or any other country.
You should know the law, NO imports allowed.
Even suggesting could have the authorities knocking on doors.
Believe me that is not a great experience.
The numbers of Chaffinches has actually increased over the last couple of years
as some of the Melb. based Maltese have done well and have got a number on the perch
Go the maltese; what champions. :P

Hi Garymc, I searched Petlink but couldn't see them or the name you mentioned anywhere. Definately petlink? Thanks.
