Hi

Has anyone had any trouble with cutthroat hens driving the cock birds too hard?

Sounds crazy i know but i have heard reports of this with Melbas before.

I have not noticed hen aggression. They appear quite placid. Keep in mind that I house mine with dominate type birds.

I have experienced hen domination in Melbas and the hen will actually kill the male generally by starving it.
They will dominate the feed areas.
