Have been watching the NZ crisis unfold for the past couple of days and I have seen that we have members in the "Shakey Isles". Hope that you are all well, my thoughts and I'm sure the thoughts of other members are with you.

Best wishes that everyone in the islands to the east and their birds are OK. It has certainly been a very bad quake going on the TV and radio reports.

Same here, the Just Finches people are only a few hours drive away from Christchurch.

To true, not sure if we have any members near Exmouth in WA but the cyclone over there is giving them hell as well.

So who pxssed mother nature off this time ?
Its at the point where if you've had an extreme weather event so far this year then you can breath easy and heaven help those who haven't coz its coming .
A friend living in Orange joked that Mt Canobolas is an extinct volcano ....do I really want to go to Orange bird sale now ?
Good luck WA folks , condolence folks who lost family /friends in NZ.
