How much multicleanse

Yay finally have some Multicleanse so now can anyone tell me how much to use when soaking seed please ?

Oh and how long do I soak the seed in it for ? And then is it just normal rinsing in tapwater ? Hard work tonight aren't I ?

Hi Jusdeb,
I'm pretty sure it tells you on the bottle- 5mls to 10 L of fresh water for both in-water and soaked seed use.
Length of soaking- 4-24 hrs-depending on whose protocol you follow but I generally don't go over 6-12 hrs- otherwise you just drown the seed.
Then rinse in clean water.
Just make sure you always smell it before feeding. If it smells off-ditch it-it's not worth the risk.
And also it's important to use fresh CLEAN seed to start with.

If so I use 8mls (~a small capful) to a small ice-cream container 3/4 filled with seed........works like a charm.
Depending upon your ambient temperature soak for around 12hours (less if warmer) then tip entire lot into sieve and wash thoroughly in fresh clean water under tap.
Set seed in sieve on top of a large sponge to remove most of the water - when sponge remains free of new waterI just tip it back into the ice-cream bucket and the whole lot goes to the warmest spot to germinate.
In my case into the top of the cricket colony!!!
As best/smallest sprouts are best remove when they first appear or just leave a tad longer to get a range of soaked/sprouted seed.

Ive been soaking seeds for ages now without any additives , small batches though and without any problems , its just now I'm using a lot more that I need to make bigger batches and thought maybe I should be doing it a little more hygienically .
