Noticed the mother Grey Pied has been a bit more active the last 2 days after spending a couple of weeks on eggs , so I thought Id check ( that ..I think they might be dead thing ) and looky looky theres 2 very fat and downy babies snuggled up in the nest .
1 is Grey Pied just like Mum and Dad and the other is a silvery colour , no pin feathers yet so no real clue to colour .
And best yet they should be out and about before winter hits ...its a woo hoo day for Deb.

Update ..Grey R/R Babies came out of the aviary today , mother has gone back to the nest so I assume more eggs .
Cinnamon Blue girl is in and out of nest .
And Mrs Rosy Bourke is on eggs too .
Plenty of preening with the Opalines ( both pairs ) just leaves the Blues to get their mojo going .
Seems the Grass Parrot family is going to start early this year . Yay .
Scarlets not doing anything ...maybe they will catch on .
