See if you can find them local as freight is usually dearer than the unit. I make my own except the cane ones I get them at bird sale trade tables they usually have deals going.

.... my partner in crime cuts a heap of them out in one hit and then we just assemble them as needed .
Heaps cheaper to build your own but if that's not possible then try Lentra Direct or Tweeta . If a bird sale is coming up near you , good place to get some cheap nest boxes .

These are made from the inside tube of carpet rolls etc, block off one end attach a perch to the other and hang at a slight angle. will be used by a lot of birds.

I agree with the others re: freight of bulky products.
For other items you can't go past
http://birdneedsandfeeds.com.au" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
They travel to most of the sales in NSW and do mail order (i.e. web) all year round.

Petcare direct/chapman rings have been excellent for us down under the land downunder - have a hueg range.
Also John & Lisa at Bird R Us (or whatever they're called now) were excellent in sending me down a heap of their gouldian boxes in kit form - freight very reasonable.
