Gone fish`n

The troopy`s packed,boats,rods,cameras,batteries/fuel for every thing,food,water and a fish smoker.Dog/bird minder all set and i have a 1423 ks to do in the next day or 2 . Daly river here we come, see you all in a few weeks and will have some interesting photos to post when i return. :thumbup:

You lucky b...tard. Keep an eye out for the Pittas if you chose to stay at the Mango Farm. Any chance of dropping by in Liechhardt (Sydney)to pick me up to keep you company? Rods are rigged and ready. Just a little detour. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Have fun - wish it were me. I'd be going for the rainbow fish rather than the barra but that's me!

I had a great trip fishing over the weekedn. a dozen Barra to 85cm :)

Just checking up - you meant a dozen Barras 55-85cm caugth over at least 3 days or 6 days if it was teh Mary River!

KB,

So you are back home? Lucky barstard being able to do a 3 nor 4 day trip for that part of the world. Where did you fish, Daly (as your original post) or Mary (Shady Camp?). I waited for you for 3 days, out the front, but no show. :lol: Next time I head up that way, I'll pop in, say hello. Waiting for the photos. 85cms? Not bad sized fish. Silver or greeny coloured? Hope you brought home heaps of cherabin or red claw, prefer those to the barra. Personally the most overated eating fish but great fun on a line.
