It's probably a bit late to be putting them in a breeding cabinet, it's best if you put them in early in the breeding season but if they are in a cabinet I'd keep them in for the breeding season then take them out when they start their moult during spring to give them a rest in a larger cage or aviary

There are many factors to this
1- Size of cabinet the bigger the longer
2- Is this just used to try and pair the birds off
3- Do you want them to breed in them or live permanently
4- Health issues- obesity is one of the main issues which can lead to alot of others
5- Location, is it out of the weather, are they protected from cold winds, do they get enough light.
My answer would be unless you have a generous cage size (roughly 2m long 1m width 1m high) you could keep them in there for most of the year, cage this size still gives them plenty of flight space. This should help with obesity more room more excersize.
My opinion on this would be leave them in the Avery through winter and at the start of Sep put them in the breeding cage.
