Its cold, wait until Spring to put them down.
Breeding Show Zebra Finches, Blue Gouldians, Pied Orange Breast.

Mine are breeding like crazy still, so I don't know what's wrong, maybe it's the wrong nest your giving them or something?

Perhaps they just don't feel like it??
people seem to go for the most complicated answer first.

i dought they just dont feel like it for 8 years zebras have never breed in my aviary i dont understand

Try putting them in a breeding cage if you want and see what happens
