what should i do with my 2 parrots ?

Why do you need to do something with them at all ?

ok well i have 2 parrots an people say that i have to get them out of my finch aviary i dont know what to do with them
1 cockatial
1 red rump

and people are saying that its stoping my finches from breeding

The red rump shouldn't be in there full stop . They can be nasty little buggers towards finches .
I dont know advertise them on here , sell them to a pet shop or put up flyers offering them free to a good home .
Build them their own aviary . What do you want to do with them ?

is the cockatiel ok? i will probebley have to sell them i guess

Id be inclined to look after the birds I already own , if you have the money as you say for a second aviary why not set up a small parrot aviary for your 2 parrots .

Can't comment re: Red Rumps as have not owned any.

Am only new myself to the finch keeping game but I do have 2 cockateils in with my zebs and gouldians. So far my zebs have successfully raised 4 lots of babies and I have had 1 lot of RH Gouldians successfully raised and currently have a 2 baby BH Gouldians in the nest. The teils have not to date harassed any of the finches or caused me any concerns. I was told that one of main issues with Teils are that they spook easily especially at night which can cause the finches to spook as well which can lead to injuries.

As for the cost of aviarys, well it kinda depends on a) your bank balance and b) the kind of aviary you want, and c) the kind of aviary you need. In my case I came across a giveaway that needed a bit of tidy up and it suited my needs at the time. I have just came across a second bigger aviary that also needs a bit of a tidy up but a) it is bigger than the first and b) it will suit my needs for a while.
