why wont my finches eat live food?

My gouldians and zebras won't go near live food, you don't really need to feed them live food, but what about your other birds

they dont eather

They don't have to be fed live food, they'll go perfectly fine without it, but the quails always love live food.

Zebs will eat live food on occasion during breeding season but would prefer greens, wild greasses and fruit & vegies. The gouldians don't usually go foe live food either. The parrot finches do (don't keep them but have reseached them) especially during breeding season. So they might have a pick at them here and there and you might not have noticed. What live food are you offering -mealworms large or small ,maggots ,white ants?

my advice would be you don't own any finches that like/need livefood.
You also mentioned you have no interest in foreign finches.
gouldians, zebras, not interested.
When you get your longtails and plumheads, then try them on a few mealies.
