I've fed parsley seed heads to Red Siskins & they ate it. I've put broadleaf (Italian) Parsley leaves in mixed bunches of greens in mixed finch aviaries & to be honest they haven't been very interested in it at all compared to other green weeds.

It's ok in moderation as i hear it inhibits their production of calcium. Here is where I read it. http://mysite.verizon.net/vze8aart/id26.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I found my zebras loved it, but I'm not sure about the nutritional value of it though :notsure:
