yhe pretty sure thats the reasoning. but its like many of the parrots were not aloud to keep coz the threat of escaping and hybridizing and destroy crops.

all the available in Australia Amazons, bout 10 species of conures african greys and few macaw species. but yeh thats off topic. i think its stupid were not aloud the beautifull firetail over here.
