Bush Budgies in large mixed aviaries?

Howdy. Just wondering how a few pairs of bush budgies would go in a 12 x 1.5m covered walkway shared with a pair of Princess parrots and a colony of Diamond firetails, Emblemas, Zebras etc? I know that they are bickering little buggers at times but have also seen several setups similar to mine where it has worked very well if overcrowding is avoided and enough nesting sites are provided.

Have heard horror stories about Budgies in a mixed aviary and have heard happy stories . Just depends on the birds themselves and the dynamics of the aviary .

I keep 3prs of bush budgie with princess, elegant, turk, bourke, chestnut-breasted, owl, silvereye, tri-colour parrotfinch, stubble quail, peaceful + diamond dove and they all get along fine (they completely ignore the finches in my experience) just make sure you have enough hollows as they are very pushy when breeding; one pair of mine just kicked a bourkes parrot out of its nest hollow.

My budgies didn't just kill my red rumps, they tore them to shreds. Do it at your own peril is my experience.

I know that young budgies treat young quail as toys which results in killing them so I would be far more careful of my finches.
