I treat my blue faced parrot finches exactly the same as my Gouldian finches.

And one assumes that's working fine!

BFP's do like fruit & greens. They will chew at apple, banana & other soft fruits. also like endive & green grass seed heads or frozen milk seed. they eat fruit in the wild.
