Hi All,
No big secret Gomer, At first i mashed up some boiled vegi,s and put it in for the "spoilt ones" , They didn't touch it.
So i thought i would mix some seed's with it and bingo , they love it.
The seed i used is Finch mix, canary seed, aniseed, niger and some egg biscuit and a touch of olive oil.
Mix it all up and put it in the ice cube tray's and put it in the freezer !!
I haven't measured portions properly, but i'm still working out the proper mix !!

Cheers Freddy

Great idea Freddy!

Just one question though, do you thaw them out a little before you give it to them, or do you just give it to them forzen?

I just take them out of the freezer in the afternoon and let them thaw out in the fridge overnight !!
Maybe they might like them frozen in the Summer time !!

Cheers Freddy
