QFS meeting in Tamworth!
according to the August magazine from the Queensland Finch Society, they will be holding an out of Brisbane meeting in Tamworth on Sat. 19th November, at a venue to be decided.
A great opportunity to meet finch people and new and old.
not such a big deal for interstaters i know but pretty exciting for us locals....
dunno if its too far for you Buzz/Jusdeb and others but would be a good night i'm sure.
Maybe an aviary visit or two as well?? Westfinch?? new aviary up and running by then??
QFS members and all other interested parties(future members) are invited.

Mostly up CC not sure about running . Netting has arrived , some more work required on frame iron to order the list goes on. looking good just the same November not out of the question!

I Saw this and am considering the travel from Sydney, as it will be a good oppotunity to attend a meeting.

Have been a QFS member for years.

Born and bred in Tamworth and subsequently have a few relations i can crash with.

Should be good.

Bloody furkids holding me back on this one .... will certainly put some thought into it .

I hope i can get over there, would be good to meet some local fincho's and learn some tips for aviaries i am planning.

I have it locked in and cant wait.
