Knew it would be a good investment, I paid 19/9 (19 shillings & 9 pence . . roughly $2) for it by the price on the inside cover

Mine isn't 'mint' but would call it 'good' . . add 10% premium

But long ago lost the dust-jacket . . knock off 10%

A 'Keystone Kops' saga about a lovable larrikin, whose only enemies (apart from himself) were the 'fauna pharisees'

While it will never make a best-seller list, this book is an easy read and gives some insight into some aspects of the way things used to be(??)

Probably available at secondhand outlets, e-bay, etc . . ??

Must be a character trait to be a little "touched " to trap birds , my great uncle was not quite "normal" .
Ill be googling that book in the next few minutes ...wish me luck .

would hate to see wat people would ask for my the complete manual to finches by Mr kingston still in the oringanal plastic wrap barely looked out nd thats the way its gona stay for awhile seens i can look at the copy at work :)
