What colour are the head, chest and back? As this can affect the colour of the young.
Well not so much the head and chest, but the back for sure...besides I'm nosey...

Rest of colour is irrelevant really BB in terms of question asked.
On average, 25% will be blue, 25% will be split blue and 50% will be not split blue - but visually you will not be able to tell the splits and the non splits, only way to find out will be to cross them with a full blue and see what happens.
Safe for all breeders to have a split and a full, that way you can truthfully sell the rest as normals, or sell the rest as "possible split blues" to warn the seller.
If the bird is yellow back then blue will become silver on hens, but same principle applies, in effect it's still a blue bird just a very pale blue (ie grey) bird.

Thats why I was asking what back colour the parents are. I know that silver and pastel are just variations on the way the blue is viewed but some blue breeders or those just new to the blue breedings just want the "true blue" ...if I can put it that way.
