Phenomenal looking bird, and I'm not a mutation lover either.

I imagine a small house could be bought for the same price as that one hen...

It looks strange to me , like its heads too big and its body is a bit small but they say it is normal sized .

Different, but not really as appealing as the original. And I have nothing against mutations. Not into the bigger birds either. Think I'd just go buy me the block over the back and more finches in preference.

I think the dearest birds i ever saw where the red Grey Parrots from South Africa , $150,000 a pair if i remember rightly.

I had one sitting on my arm a while back talking to me ...gotta tell ya they command respect with those intelligent eyes and that big beak . Awesome bird in flight and clever too .

Not silly at all, wouldnt be suprised if they made more than that, some of the rare macaws here nearly fetch that price already.
