No its a blue winged kookaburra.
It's a blue winged kookaburra I see them all the time at my house in QLD.

Kookaburras (genus Dacelo) are terrestrial kingfishers native to Australia ...thanks Wikipaedia .

Like I said a Kingfisher of sorts .
