Heard a similar one. A young fella running up and down a bridge yelling "21 today, 21 today" Passer-by stopped to congratulate him and he picked her up and threw her over the rail and started to yell "22 today, 22 today"

I believe its the water......in the east....evrey time i visit over east... i come away feeling funnyy...and i'm sure its not qantas food.. well not anymore
