Pretty chuffed......Fledged today........2 baby Little Squirters :lol:

I pulled another one which was a fair bit smaller to hand tame...........Gee they're fiddly at feeding time :crazy:

Thanks Buzz.......Yes, they really surprised me.......They look better than the parents at the moment who, being first timers, are looking pretty frazzled. I' even caught them a few weeks ago and cleaned off the caked on food around their faces :lol: I've doubled up the wet mix so they dont have to make up their own with the dry mix and water.....Taking one off their hands last week has made a bit of a difference too.................

Its a bit of a challenge going from handling Ray the Rainbow to "Yet to be named" Little :petrified:

Yes they are fiddly to hand feed after rearing the bigger birds but good for cuddles afterwards .... love them.

Thats 7 now :mrgreen: .....the suspendeds are "on hold" :lolno: .........took delivery of a new 8 flighter on Saturday.........pretty mad here, turning out to be a good season though 8-) ......Hurry up & get here ......the beaches were tops yesterday too 8-)

Thats what my brood box should look like come the end of the week ,only with an assortment of Quarrion :roll: kinda quiet with just Pip the PC on 4 feeds daily at the moment ....best just enjoy the calm before the storm hey :?:

I dont know how you do it VR and work and run aviaries :shock: I reckon I have baby brain from it and Ive only done 3 chicks so far .

Mickw I hope there's nothing wrong with the little ones eye .
