I have received a request regarding violet budgies via private message .As I cannot reply directly as yet this is next best. I do have violet budgies but dont breed them as a separate line. They are mostly in my Golden-face and clearwing lines. Sorry don't have any for sale.

I tried the other day deb and the light just made them look like Cobalts. I may have to get one out and put into a show cage and get a closer shot. $25 each they cost me. Hard to find and just hope i can produce some for myself.

You would really drool over the Violet pied Budgiebreeder just bought back from the city $30 though the Green Spangle pied that came up with him is a better bird but the price $50 reflected that. Believe the Australian Nationals for Budgies are being held in you part of the world next year AMCA. Violet and Cobolt are notoriously hard to get to show the difference in photos.

Just been looking at the website and the pictures of the budgies over the past few Nationals. Lots of variety there. They are very particular about what is acceptable, even the show cages, describing them down to the last detail.
Some stunning looking birds.
