Finch/Avicultural Societies in WA

Hi all,

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but does anyone know of what societies etc are available for us to join in Perth/WA.

I know of the Avicultural Society I think it is in Belmont/Rivervale and how they have their open day once a month. But we're looking for more finch related societies, especially to find out about auctions and sales coming up.
I've checked the website birdsales.com or whatever it is, but it seems they only have dates for last year

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have a calendar at the bottom of the page that is kept up to date with dates and venues of sales. There isnt a lot of sales at the moment, they start about March and go through to August with a sale or show held somewhere in Australia nearly every weekend.

I believe the Finch Society also meets monthly, they meet in Osborne Park.

yes they don't advertise themselves particularly effectively I think... Just googled a phone number, but it wasn't current. Got another one but it was a bad line so not sure if I got it right. Will be calling them myself for some info. Good luck!

Hi, here are some details for you.Sec: .................. The Soc meets the 4th Tues of each month in The Agricultural Hall 209 Main St Osborne Park.
The next meeting is on the 22/11. If you want to go just turn up, the meeting starts at 8pm, If you decide to go you can contact me if you wish and we could say hi on the night.
