I tried to send a PM to someone yesterday, but I can't be sure if they have received it.
When I look in at my PM's, it comes up in the outbox, but says it was sent at 19:16 yesterday...
It doesn't appear to be in with Sent Messages...
I'm a bit confused??

If it is still in the outbox it means that the person you sent it to hasn't read the PM yet.

Thought I could sendPM by now . When I tried couldn't Do I have to do something else to qualify? Want to contact Macstaa.

You should be able to send a pm now budgiebreeder.
Mackstaa has posted in this topic, if you click on the PM icon just under his name and location on the left that will bring you to a page where you can begin typing your message.
