It stayed there and is still in there , hopefully the wings will be a bit stronger today if it decides to pop back out ,if not then Ill just keep putting it back in the nest at night until it can fly ..

It has been in the nestbox since last night . Best place for it I think ,it can develope a bit more before coming out .

Update ..it was on the floor again this afternoon . I put it up on the perch to see what happened ...no perching or flying skills whatsoever . Next took it inside for a looking over , didnt like the feel of the keel , not as much cover as the other newly fledged babies who come out of the nest like little beach balls SO its in the hot box and on formula which it took quite well .
Hopefully it is just under cooked . The parents are on eggs again but that doesnt usually stop them looking after the fledged babies anyhoo fingers still crossed .
Beautiful little bird too , photos when it gets its bearings being inside .
