Ok most will know about this epilepsy diagnosis i have recieved-anyhoo i was in hospital over a week ago and i didnt have any lip gloss or cream etc, and my lips got so dry that i have a cracked lip like rite on the side, and anyway i went to the doc yesterday and askd her what to do about it cos nothing seemed to be working and she told me to put vegemite on it!! so here i am day 2 sitting with vegemite on my lips-apparently its common knowledge to do this with ulcers in the mouth etc-but OMG it stings like hell initally but then it makes the pain go away-thats my trivia for the night.

I love Vegemite. I am 40 this year and would have had it most mornings of my life for breakfast on toast (2 pieces), dont really have cereal. Would love to know how many jars i have gone thru.

Ouch vegemite on cracked lips .

Movie star secret ..vaseline on overnight then rub with a toothbrush in the morning ..Works .

Its been putting a rose on these cheeks for 50 years , kids raised on it , grandkids raised on it . better on a dummy than any sugary tooth rotting crap too.

I have been taking many a sugar with my coffee eveyr day i think since i was really young-in fact i have been banned from one cafe once...but apart from the rotting teeth no one ever guesses my age correctly-that is to say they always say i look younger-i dont know if its the sugar obsession-maybe its the genes-o hang on maybe its the thousands of $$$$ i spend a year on skin care!

Well these days i use products from the Cellex C and Cosmedix collections, but when i was younger i used to spend my money on MD formulations, plus no sun, no smoking and not much drinking...actually i did all the smoking/drinking/sun stuff when i was too young and got over it quickly-lots of kids in Bondi-where i grew up over dosing, dying and all that so i learned quick i guess... gee am i digressing or what! sorry
