Hi Deb...yes..in NSW you do...there are only five finches that dont require a licence..stars,painteds, gouldians, blue faced parrots and zebras

Bugger me so how do I go when the seller doesnt exchange details????With the turks I bought we exchanged details for record keeping....How do I go about filling in the books now , I have a license but who knows about the seller.
