Ok what is Bex?? Feeling young now
I havent been getting emails to let me know people have been posting back to my threads so i have been feelng left out and WOW i just checked and there had been replies-must be my computer.
I already have nocturnal critters-well semi nocturnal-i have 7 cats actually and 6 dogs and i also have 4 bearded dragons-but they are more day time people. My cats are indoors and 3 of them are 13 and the other 4 are just young at nearly 2 but its a squeeze to get into bed at nite as i have most of the critters in bed with me! -i dont think i would have it any other way though.
I amuse myself with finding trivia sometimes on the net-actually i will post the trivia i found in another topic.

I've been doing some hard physical work this week and fall into bed exhausted so there's one cure for insomnia but I'm aching all over and not looking froward to going to work today. Now a Bex powder was an analgesic that became famous in the 1960s in Australia not only because it did effectively relieve pain but they were addictive and destroyed your kidneys! Of course they are no longer available but the term "have a Bex and good lie down" has entered the lexicon of Aussie idioms as a cure all for all ills.

Things for insomnia ..
Get up early and do more during the day ...if that doesnt work see your doctor and get a pill .
You dont need to medicate every night , 1 good nights sleep every few days does wonders .

Hard to find an entertainment committee in the wee small hours around here , most people are ..well .. sleeping . :D

I take many many many pills-although having said that i am taking many less.. unfortunately i take xanax which helps with my anxiety and it settles me down .....eventually, although sometimes i just have to take Tamaze-which is not a good cocktail..but you know a good days work i guess is good for sleep but sometimes its all mental too...having said that i dont work -like as in a paying job, so i am sure that doesnt help. lucky i have a sense of humor to get me thru the days...

You probably will sleep for a week if you stayed up doing your assignment all night... :)
