Cold in Adelaide this morning

Its been very cold here overnight. 6am this morning it was 1C by 7 it was warming up to 3C, the blinds on the aviaries have kept the temp up by a couple of degrees, thankfully.
The pics below are frost on the palm plant and the solar collector on the aviary.

I'll have to stop complaining about how cold Brisbane is! Interesting to see the palm-grass with frost on it as I would have thought it was frost-sensitive.

I was in Brisbane last year for finches eleven, everyone else had coats on and mum and I were in t shirts and shorts - 15 degrees = cold!! Sounds like my sort of place!!!!

Jay thats not cold thats warm for kiwis.It was 1 degree warm last night

Henry, I think he means that the 15 degrees in Brisbane is actually warm for someone who comes from Canberra where the overnight temps frequently dip below zero during winter nights!

I am not sure if those members living in Bathurst,Canberra and Goulburn need to be given a Medal or should be Committed
to an Instatution. It can't be healthy living in those low temps.Brrrrrrrrrr :crazy: :crazy: :crazy:
