hi guys
did/ or does anyone out in finch land feed live frozen ants?
i read somewhere someone talking about feeding ants as live feed

You occassionly see finches picking at ants in aviaries...never heard of anyone feeding them though...

They do however love ant eggs if you are brave enough to raid the nests and risk the bites.

I read a Marcus pollard article a while back that said ants are common host for internal parasites, so watch out

frozen white ants (termites are ok ) but i wouldnt feed green ant ect
