Hi AFF members,
Any body want to share some advise on rearing blue gouldians. This is my first one bred. One of my fledgling are busy clearing up and seems to be a blue chick. This chick (looks like a hen) seems to be very sleepy at all times sitting fluffed up and not very active where its nest mate are all lively. :problem: :problem:

Hi Riyaad
it seems and sounds to me you might have a weak strain of blues there is not much
you can do try the hospital cage but i dont like your chances of survival let nature
take its course sorry mate hope it gets well for you.
cheers flavio

Hi Flavio,

That was my first thought. Hopefully cross fingers it will survive.

Hope your Blue pulls through. Here they give us many tears still. I don't think there is a very strong strain of blue mutation Gouldian in CT yet (well at least not available to those looking). Good luck.
