Melbourne Bird Sale this Sunday,

any fellow members attending?

the quality of the sale has been crappy the last couple of years imho, but since its only a 20 min drive from home i plan on attending, just for a look and to catch up with some friends that may also be attending.

Sorry to say but the last few years, this sale has been terrible,lots of reasons i suspect,but the thought that maybe THAT bird is there makes you want to go, and if not all the AFF members will be, so that will make it all worth while, see you there garyh.

You are right garyh...15+ years ago this was the best sale when it was at the Melbourne Show Grounds....it was definately the biggest (for finches)...now it is sadly a fraction of the size it once was.

Maybe the Aviculture Committee might pull their finger out and do the work (and spend a little of the members money) to find a better location that can cater for the size the Melbourne market is capable of.....MAYBE
