I have had my new Society finches for only a few days and already they are building a nest! :shock: I saw them mating :oops: the first day I had them home, so was pretty sure the seller was correct in that they were a male and a female (they took pains to tell me you can never be 100% accurate, which I knew from reading). I thought it would take a little longer for them to settle in.

If they got down and dirty straight away it looks like you were lucky enough to score a totally compatable pair in breeding condition. Congratulations.

Good news there JB i bet we all wish the rest of our birds breed like the benges cause once the start they keep on going lol.
