Well Melbourne Storm won the NRl grand final, and Billy Slater proved again what a champion player he is. He saved try's as well as scored a try. He is a freak.
The Bulldogs obviously set out to try and put him off his game, and one Bulldog player went as far as to bite his ear. It will interesting to see what the penalty is when he fronts the judiciary this week. I would guess at least 7 weeks and possibly up to 10. It was blatant in the replays that were shown.

Glad to hear I am not the only one. Best thing about it was no traffic on the roads. Quiet as a country drive round the town roads.

It was a great game and the best team did win. Same for the AFL grand final.
So the AFL cup went to Sydney, and the NRL trophy went to Melbourne.
Go figure!
The naysayers can now relax- it's over til next yr...or until the next test in a few weeks anyway.
