Back from singleton, a lot of people very crowded, one of the poorest sales I have been to for a while, quality birds were like rocking horse you know what..but there were a couple not a great deal of finches . I bought a few . Got some yellow painteds one of the hens has got a deformed foot, that's what happens one your in a dark room and don't check the birds properly when purchasing.lesson learnt take the torch next time...

Singleton was my first sale and I thought it was ok.

I got painteds, stars and bengos...just couldnt get that elusi diamond!! though one table had a ratty looking pair selling for 130 next to their 220 green singers next to a cinammon diamond with a bleeding foot.......

Thought quality was hit and miss in some cases

Hey Finchman and Elferoz,

I have started a thread for the review. viewtopic.php?f=221&t=13105

Elferoz, I did spot you in the crowd, but at the time when I saw your soccer shirt it didn't click in my mind that it was you until I just saw your post.

Cheers
Ian
