I'm fortunate to have a pair of crimsons nesting at the moment. When the hen comes off the nest, her tail bends to the left, if the male bends, it's to the right. I was wondering whether anyone had noticed tails from crimsons and longtails and which way the tail bent and whether or not the male and female tails bent the same way when coming off the nest.

My bloods are sitting at present, too; both tails are bent to the right.
