Well after just setting back up to breed finches, I got a pair of red faced parrot finches at the singleton sale, I knew they went to nest but I also knew they were fairly young so I didn't expect to much out of them, a couple of days ago there were 2 little guys sitting on a perch, they look so funny, there bald as badgers, there way to young to be out but there still alive so im happy, my wife couldn't believe the little ugly finches she was looking at come out of the red headed finches she knew as there parents, lol.
I also have around 7-8 Bengalese young flying & some in nests, the 3 pairs of stars have done nothing.
I really need to get stuck into finishing my 20ft X 12ft aviary, I have been to lazy, lol, it has grass 2-3 feet high in it & I need to put new wire on it & redo floor & put tin back on the front, its my damn fault I turned it into a garden a while back. lol.

Thanks guys, yes ill have to get stuck into the other aviary soon, I just cant get motivated & money is a bit tight, lol Ill get there.
