Greetings.
Anyone aware of Australian birding apps apart from the Michael Morcombe eGuide to the Birds of Australia for Android?
cheers, Case.

Hi Case,
I believe Pizzey will releasing an app in the near future. Not sure if they have a deadline for its completion, but they asked for "last minute photos" on 15 November. So hopefully it isn't too far away.
I gather you already have Morecombe. How do you find it?
Cheers
Ian

Thanks for the replies.
Yes Ian, I have had Morcombe for a few years now and I use it regularly in the field.
With a small extension speaker on the Iphone i manage to lure quite a few species closer to the camera once i have spotted them.
There is a free - limited app - of Morcombe but the full version is well worth the money.
Shout yourself a belated Christmas present.
cheers, Case
