Hi

Does anyone use an infrared lamp, ceramic emitter or mat to provide warmth in their bird hospital cage? Any particular device you've found most suitable for this?

Ta :)

If you type "hospital cage" into the search section you will get a whole lot of information that has already been put on the site about this very subject.

Purple reptile night light gives good heat and they will sleep normally ... at the same time and cheaper a 25 or 40 watt coloured party light will do the same job but may disrupt sleep .

Not sure if true and Im sure someone will correct if Im wrong ( as they do ) but infras can hurt the baby birds eyes .
Accept that some days you are the pigeon, and some days you are the statue.
