Hi All,
My name is Peter and I live in Melbourne's eastern suburbs.
I've had a long break from aviculture, which was an obsession in my teens. Now in my early 50s, I have just established a new aviary.
I have a small collection of finches, native and foreign. While they seem pretty happy (Stars and Fires breeding like mice), I do have a few conundrums. So, I'm looking forward to engaging with other forum members to share my experiences so far and tap into everyone else's knowledge.
Cheers,
petermcf

Hey Peter
Welcome
Which suburb are you in Melbourne? I am in Cranbourne Sth and there is a club down here MPAS with quite a few finch breeders in it if you want to meet some again and a good magazine (i am the editor). The web site is "www.mpas.webs.com" or you can pm me for more details.
David

Hello and welcome to the forum.
What are your 'few conundrums'?
I am a relative newie to the game, but there are lots of old hands on the forum who are very generous with advice and assistance.

Avid amateur aviculturalist; I keep mostly australian and foreign finches.
