Most computers have photo programs that can resize pics, just right click the pics and you should see a list of options. You can compress pics using this free resource http://jpeg-optimizer.com/
Suggestion- make a copy of your pic and play around with it first then you always have the original to go back to.
Have a play and see if you can do it, if not just send the pic via email to the forum email letting me know which topic you want to post in and I will post for you and change the post to your name so you can add any words you want.
