Finches that will go with zebras

If you want your other finches to have a chance of breeding well, I'd stick to the brutes - Cutties, Javas, Bengos & not much else finchwise. Otherwise just a colony of Zebs or build another aviary. There will always be occasional exceptions to the rule, but knowingly going against the odds is very likely to lead to disappointment. Enough problems crop up when you do everything by the book without tilting the odds against you from the start. Good luck.
